How to feel more worthy

One of the more profound exercises I guide people through during workshops is the “Are Your Worthy?” meditation. It always takes participants to an intimate and sacred place within themselves.

I think this is so relevant these days, as we deal with police brutality and racial injustice.

Why? Because in order to feel that other people’s lives matter, you first need to feel deeply that your own life is sacred and therefore truly matters. Find out what’s stopping you from feeling worthy and how you can increase the feeling that your life matters.
