The first step in dealing with stress, anxiety, or loss

August is here and it’s time for another episode of my new radio show, Stories of Love Overcoming Fear.

My first guest on the show, Patti Meyer, talks about learning to overcome depression and anxiety and how she has come to live a full life, not in spite of, but because of her experiences.

Her message: It’s OK to Not Be OK!

As I know that so many of us are going through so much these days with everything going on in the world, it’s reassuring to hear that it’s OK to not always be OK. I believe it’s the first step in coming out of a difficult and painful place—accepting yourself wherever you are emotionally.

Patti’s is a moving story, which I hope will inspire you and encourage you to keep going even when things are emotionally challenging in your life.
