We all know the power of nature to replenish us with its Expansive qualities. There is even research that shows the physical, emotional, and mental health benefits that happen from being in contact with Nature.

So, during these stressful past weeks and the months to come, which are filled with so much uncertainly for all of us, it is even more important to ground ourselves, remember that Spring is here in the Northern Hemisphere and Fall in the Southern Hemisphere, and that nature is vibrant and all around us.
