Three simple things you can do NOW to bring more ease into your day
We could all use some slowing down during the holidays, or any other time of the year, when we feel stressed about something at work, a challenging relationship, finances, or anything else in our life.You don’t have to wait till your next vacation to relax and bring more ease into your day.
Ease is at your fingertips at any moment. It takes just a few minuets to feel like you are sane again.
Here are three simple and practical things you can do right now to tap into more ease and experience immediate improvement in your sense of well-being.

Today I want to talk to you about how to bring more ease into your daily life.
So the first thing to do is to take 10 deep breaths.
You have this innate built in capacity to create ease through your breath. Don’t need to go anywhere. It’s in you, in your being, in your body.
Now when your mind is stressing and racing, you create stress in your body and so your breathing becomes more short and more shallow. And when you’re stressed in your body, you become more stressed in your mind and in your thinking and feeling. And so it’s like a loop that reinforces itself. So taking 10 deep breaths is the first way to create more ease. So just take a deep breath in, can say thank you for the oxygen that’s filling you and keeping you alive. It’s love from the universe that’s sustaining you and just breathe deeply.
Imagining that the oxygen is reaching all the way to the tips of your fingers and the tips of your toes. And then exhale and you can say thank you. And then you’re passing the CO2 to the plant kingdom who will turn it again into oxygen so that you as a human can breathe and can continue breathing.
So there’s this beautiful expansive, interconnected relationship that is going on between you and the plant kingdom on this planet. And so just take 10 deep breaths, appreciating your breath that is going to calm your system and create more ease.
Then the next step of what you can do is ask for more ease in your life. So once you’ve taken those 10 deep breaths and you’re feeling more at ease, you’re more expansive, your being, your body, your mind, your heart are more expansive. You can ask the universe for more ease.
How can I create more ease in my life? How can I bring more ease to my date today? And when you are in this expansive, open, flowing state of being, you will receive an answer and an insight of what you can do and then go do it.
Because many times when we have a lot to do, we think if we work faster we’re going to get through more. But in a sense, if you bring more ease and focus, you can achieve much than when you try to rush through. When you feel stressed, things begin to go wrong when you’re stressed, so you’re better off relaxing. What does it take a minute, two minutes to breathe deeply, to slow down, to create more ease in your system and then ask for more ease. How can I bring more ease to the cooking I have to do today? How can I bring more ease to the deadline I have today? How can I bring more ease to a challenging family situation? I’m in an event I have that’s stressing me out. How can I bring more ease to my self care when I go to the gym? How can I bring more ease into losing weight?
So it’s not such a hard challenge for me. You see, you just ask for it, ask and you shall receive. But you need to be in an expensive state to be able to hear the message, hear the guidance, have the intuitive, knowing the gut, feeling the insight of what to do. And then the third thing is go do it. Whatever comes to you in an expansive state when you’re in this flow is intuitive. Knowing is a gift is a miracle from the universe.
So the third step is to go do it.
Go to the gym with more ease. Whatever I told you to do, do less exercises at the gym, but do more of each exercise or skip the gym today because you need to do something else or go to the gym because it will bring more oxygen and vitality, whatever it tells you do in any topic that you have asked for.
So these are the three things that you can do in order to bring more ease into your daily life. Any day during the holidays, during any stressful period or time in your life. Take 10 deep breaths. Appreciate the oxygen coming in and leaving. Say thank you. Appreciate it. That’s how you calm your system. Then you ask from this expansive, relaxed, flowing state, you ask for more ease in any area of your life. You ask for insight and guidance of how you can create more ease.
And then whatever the insight is, go do it. Go do it. And you will experience more. And I promise you that if you slow down, you’ll be more efficient and you’ll get more done than if you feel that you can’t do it. It’s a loop that just sucks you in like a magnetic force. There’s so much to do. So you’re stressed and you’re so stressed that you think you cannot let go.
So let go, breathe deeply. Ask the universe to support you. How can you create more ease in your life? And then when you get an answer, go do it.
